Wortham ISD

Wortham ISD is a recipient of the JET grant through the Texas Workforce Commission. With this funding, we were able to purchase numerous pieces of medical equipment for our Certified Medical Assistant program, enabling us to provide instructional training stations, such as patient intake and treatment, phlebotomy, cardiac, and a simulated hospital. Additionally, we will be able to offer certifications in CMA, phlebotomy, and EKG. Thank you, Texas Workforce Commission and Commissioner Trevino,  for the funding that will continue to help us make Wortham ISD student career-ready!
